Price Match Promise – Terms & Conditions


1. Eligibility

The Price Match Promise is available exclusively to Amber Sound approved trade customers. Amber Sound reserves the right to request proof of trade status prior to approving any price match request.

2. Eligible Products

The Price Match Promise applies only to König & Meyer products. No other brands or product categories are included.

3. UK Stock Requirement

The competing product must:

  • Be identical in model, specification, colour, and finish
  • Be brand new and unused
  • Be in stock with a UK-based authorised supplier
  • Be priced in GBP and inclusive of all mandatory charges (excluding delivery)
4. Price Match Scope
  • Price matching is discretionary and subject to approval by Amber Sound
  • Limited to one (1) item per price match request
  • Multiple quantities may be considered at Amber Sound’s discretion on a case-by-case basis
  • Requests must be submitted before an order is placed
5. Excluded Offers

The Price Match Promise does not apply to:

  • Clearance, liquidation, auction, refurbished, or used items
  • End-of-line or discontinued products
  • Bundle deals, project pricing, rebates, cashback, voucher codes, or loyalty schemes
  • Prices resulting from errors or misprints
  • Non-UK suppliers or grey-market imports
6. Verification

Amber Sound reserves the right to verify all competitor pricing and availability. This may include requesting a live URL, written quotation, or confirmation of stock and lead time.

7. Availability & Delivery

The competitor item must be available for immediate dispatch within comparable lead times. Significant differences in availability or delivery timelines may result in a price match being declined.

8. Right to Amend or Withdraw

Amber Sound reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Price Match Promise at any time without prior notice.

9. Final Decision

All price match decisions are final and made at the sole discretion of Amber Sound.

How to Request a Price Match

  1. Ensure you are logged in to your approved Amber Sound trade account
  2. Contact our sales team via email before placing your order
  3. Provide the following information:
    • Product name and Amber Sound product code
    • Competitor price and supplier name
    • A live URL or written quotation showing the item in stock
  4. Our team will review the request and confirm eligibility
  5. If approved, a matched price will be issued for ordering

Price match requests are typically reviewed during normal business hours.
